  The Front Office, Reception & Enquiry Module draws all t he data from Students’ Record Management Module. This module ensures high level of verification of visitors – parents or general enquiry in the school by verification at main gate as well as at reception counter of the school.

Audio & video recording of dialogue between the visitors and reception can be done specific to student of the school and general visitor. Without identification no visitor or parents is permitted to take any information from the school regarding any student. This ensures a high tech security of student.

For each student a separate record is maintained about the communication through SMS and Email. At any point of time, school authorities can see the complete details of communication about each student.
